Thank you for your potential interest in an XTROV home!
To make the application process as smooth as possible, please review the following steps.
Per Gov't and Montezuma County orders, we are allowed to show units as of 4 27 2020 and
open our doors as of May 4, 2020 with proper social distancing protocols in place.
1) Please complete the Free Rental Application.
If you need help, CALL OR EMAIL the Office at 444 East Montezuma Avenue. It is only after you find a property that you want, that we collect the application fee(s). Applying, so you can view a unit either in person or virtually, is Free! Your application is valid for six months.
When you are ready to secure a rental home -
1) XTROV will complete the background check ($35 non-refundable fee per adult applicant over 18 years of age) which includes credit, criminal and eviction background checks. Please note, prior evictions and certain crimes will disqualify rental applicants. In general, we look for a minimum credit score of 620 and gross income of 3x's monthly rent.* * Exceptions may apply based upon the overall situation.
2) Once approved, XTROV will collect the deposit, prepare the lease, advise you regarding utility transfer(s) if applicable and schedule your move-in date!

TO APPLY ON-LINE, Find the property in which you are interested and then click on the
APPLY NOW button and follow the directions.
Once you have found a home that you want, we will then collect the $35 non-refundable
credit, criminal, and background check fee for each adult applicant
(18 years and older.) Cash, check or CC okay.
